Overview[]
Morock Creed was the notorious original owner of the Promethean Flame Curse, one of the 5 Grand Fire Curses, and arguably the strongest curse in existence. He held a titanic bounty of 5,000,000,000 Lamina.
He is said to have died while fighting the Grand Admiral of the A.G., Valencia, as well as the A.G.'s famed Golden Armada, a fleet of approximately 400 ships filled with powerful wizards. Morock is said to have decimated most of the fleet, killing around 5,000 people all by himself. During his duel against Valencia, his power grew too rampant, and his ship's hull broke. He sank deep underwater and perished along with his pirate ship, The Bermuda Locket, which now rests at the bottom of The Bermuda Trench.
He is the original owner and wielder of "The Sword Of Morock's Fire" and his magic energy has rubbed off on it resulting in the sword becoming an exalted magic weapon. He was also a former member of the One Shot Pirates.
Morock is also one of the 11 Unknowns, ranked 5th. This is hinted at when during dialogue with Angel, she mentions that Morock could easily kill Cursebeard and Durza. The 11 Unknowns are known for being miles stronger than Cursebeard. Morock held a deep hatred for Cursebeard, although Angel was unaware why, it is because Prometheus fated Morock to find his curse and use it to destroy Cursebeard. The idea of Morock being an unknown is further confirmed as when Morock's soul is revived, he reveals that he had the power to destroy the world.
Morock's daughter, Angel tries to revive him in hopes that his powerful curse would allow him to vanquish all evil in the world. The player manages to interrupt the spell which makes the resurrection only work partially. Morock's soul is freed from the Bermuda Trench and he reveals that if his body were fully revived, he would destroy the World from rage. This is because when he died in battle against the A.G, his final moments were filled with anger, rage and despair. Morock manages to transfer pieces of the Promethean Fire Curse to Angel, thus granting her Promethean Fire Magic. The rest of the Curse was ejected into Orbit, where it lies even a thousand years in the future. Morock's corpse also holds the item Morock's Blessing.

- Morock is the first character to have his last name revealed, "Creed". The other being Rupin Lochester.
- Morock had a daughter named Angel which has a brief appearance at the end of the Third Sea's main questline, starting with "Talk to Angel in the archives"
- In a certain book, Morock is shown to have been a maniac.
- Some have said that Morock died on purpose, because he knew that his curse was driving him insane. He tried to channel his curse into his sword to stop becoming insane, as he knew he could end up in a similar situation to Torren, the strongest human. It is believed he failed and thus allowed himself to die to the A.G, albeit not without a fight. People believe this as supposedly Morock was far stronger than even Cursebeard, meaning he would be able to obliterate the A.G in seconds.
